As individuals we are very different — different experiences, cognitive-emotional patterns, needs, stress behaviour and skills. For a relationship to hold, it helps to know a few tools. Over many years with couples I have developed methods and exercises that help partners to grow and genuinely enrich themselves as a couple system.
Some couples want to grow further and enrich one another. Others come once many conflicts have already arisen. Both have their path — good change is possible.

As a couple too, it is often easier to speak walking than sitting opposite — side by side, in motion, in nature. Likewise by video or phone, when that fits better.
