Coaching & Consulting · grounded in specialist psychology

A change of perspective that holds.

Not every concern is an illness — and not every solution a tool from the workbook. When a knot won't loosen, a decision is due, a conflict is stuck or a pattern is in the way, a clear, independent outside view often helps. Grounded in specialist psychology, pragmatic, solution-oriented — as an accompanying process or as punctual consulting.

Who finds their way here

People with a concern that has no clinical value but deserves a clear, independent view — specialists and executives, people in professional or personal transitions, and anyone who wants to get a step further without entering a therapy scheme.

— I.

Coaching or consulting?

Two ways — depending on whether you are looking for support over time or a clear answer to a concrete question.

Coaching

A process over time

Activating learning processes, understanding patterns, practising frustration tolerance and the ability to enjoy, rehearsing attitudes. First we let ourselves be coached — over time you increasingly coach yourself.

Consulting

A punctual consultation

After careful analysis, a viable solution that increases your scope for insight, contentment and action — usually a lasting shift in viewpoint within one to a few sessions.

Both grounded in specialist psychology, both without diagnosis or illness label. If in doubt, we clarify it in the first conversation.

— II.

Depth, where coaching usually ends.

The difference from pure coaching lies in its reach: if a strain with clinical value does show behind the concern, no switch to a second professional is needed — the same person can keep thinking there too. And the stance stays the same: no model, no method that wants to be sold, but joint, honest reflection.

We are all learners, practitioners — and reflection ignites learning processes again and again.

— III.

For professionals: supervision & self-experience.

A dedicated area for colleagues in the field and for prospective specialist psychologists.

Supervision

Clarifying the work situation

Professional counselling including coaching — in professional reorientation or promotion, in bullying, bossing and other conflicts. Examining roles and circumstances from various perspectives, we clarify dilemmas and develop constructive solutions. Also as training supervision for prospective specialist psychologists.

Self-experience

Part of the training

For prospective psychological psychotherapists — a central component of the training. For some years now, alongside supervision, I have also offered psychological self-experience.

Work happens where the thinking is clearer.

Preferably walking — in motion, knots often loosen more easily than at a desk. Likewise by video or phone, when that fits everyday life better.
