Coaching
I view my entire professional work in terms of coaching – as specialist psychotherapeutic or health psychology coaching, taking into account many different factors, individual learning, conflict competence and frustration patterns as well as external circumstances.
Coaching can mean so many things, for example:
- Activating learning processes
- Promoting learning patterns
- Practicing frustration tolerance
- Training enjoyment skills
- Practicing mindset
- Developing understanding
- and and and...
It can be very important that we first allow ourselves to be coached (first exercise) and then increasingly coach ourselves (second exercise).
Finally, we understand: we are always learners, practitioners. And we always make (new and old) mistakes.
Both joint and independent regular reflection can help us to understand this and ignite learning processes again and again.
