Sports psychology
Sports psychology essentially includes everything that belongs to a psychologically healthy, highly performance-oriented person - especially with regard to activating, maintaining and dealing with a high performance orientation, be it in general or in relation to the individual mindset, be it in training, in competition preparation, in competition follow-up or in crises. Those who do not practice systematically leave controllable factors to chance. A no-go in professional sport.

- mindset training
- focus training
- concentration training
- visualization training
- routine training
- competition preparation training
- post-competition training
After all, what you have used or were able to use by chance is not usually possible in pressure situations, after injuries, in psychological or other crises and so on: only systematic sports psychology training helps to increase the likelihood that the mindset can be maintained in a way that precisely matches the requirements of the sport. This applies, for example, to focus and concentration control, concentration density, the necessary cognitive and emotional flexibility and other important factors. In order for these to be better regulated, we need to practise them systemically beforehand, after we have clearly perceived and practised them.
A good sports psychology training and coaching is based on experience and evidence and aims to support, develop and promote athletes, coaches, family members and clubs in their orientation and activities in the field of sport and life around sport - planning after sport, during periods of injury, re-entry into professional sport, as well as dealing with the media, for example.
